I have helped shape comprehensive end-to-end experience strategies, including leading competitive landscape & market trends analysis, customer research, in-depth interviews & diary studies to identify core consumer needs, and led collaborative stakeholder workshops to align on a shared vision of the future state experience strategy. Stories include Ford, Nissan, Polaris, McDonald's, MasterCard, Allstate, and Yas Island Abu Dhabi.
Led rapid innovation sprints and discovery phases rooted in value outcomes to uncover, develop, and prioritize mixed backlogs of features across product, operations, and change management aligned to opportunities, key enablers, and business OKRs, integrating customer touchpoints (app, web, internal application). Stories include Ford, GM, Polaris, US Bank, and UnitedHealthcare. Additionally, I helped establish an enterprise Agile Studio for T-Mobile focused on improving Agile maturity and delivering transformational efficiencies through training, coaching, and consulting.
Led digital brand identity systems and established modular atomic design systems that integrate toolchain workflows to ingest and dynamically update styling across UX concepts mid-project. Delivered rapid prototyping to expedite product discovery and bypass the legacy waterfall design process. Provided creative direction and leadership for redesigning many complex web and mobile app experiences. Stories include Burger King, Popeyes, Stellantis, ODFL, US Bank, Hyatt, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
