Group Creative Director (2010 - Present)
I lead large cross-capability teams supporting the experience design needs across North America.
Defined overall experience strategies, service blueprint, and end-to-end customer and employee journeys, then worked with engineering and product to define and prioritize a go-to-market pilot mixed backlog.
Led rapid innovation discoveries rooted in value outcomes to uncover and define breakthrough territories.
Conducted competitive landscape analysis, market trends analysis, diary studies, and in-depth interviews to identify core consumer needs.
Directed current state, competitive, and out-of-category adjacent experience assessments to identify opportunity territories.
Led collaborative stakeholder workshops to align on a shared vision of the future state experience strategy so the business can experimentand innovate.
Delivered rapid prototyping to expedite product discovery and bypass the legacy waterfall design process.
Developed and prioritized mixed backlogs of features across product, operations, and change management aligned to opportunities, key enablers, and business OKRs, integrating customer touchpoints (app, web, internal application).
Helped establish the enterprise Agile Studio as an internal service that focuses on improving Agile maturity and delivering transformational efficiencies through training, coaching, and consulting.
Led digital brand identity system definition and established modular atomic design systems with an integrated toolchain workflow that could ingest and dynamically update styling across UX concepts mid-project.
Key transformation journeys have included Ford, Nissan, GM, Polaris, Stellantis, ODFL, McDonald's, T-Mobile, Allstate, US Bank, MasterCard, Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Hyatt, Abercrombie & Fitch, and UnitedHealthcare.

Designer working with product management, business analysts, and technical architects for CCC’s large-scale B2B software application project releases that support the entire industry of automotive insurance carriers, collision repairers, and automotive manufacturers.

Senior Consultant for Classic System Solution’s user experience design consulting engagements. Responsible for delivering a variety of projects for such clients as GMAC, MONY Group, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Bell Canada, as well as Classic System Solution’s product development and marketing initiatives.

Creative lead consultant for CleverMethod’s builds of the Mattel customer service web site. Responsibilities include creative direction, usability testing, prototype build, Flash design, and ASP implementation.

Web Designer (1998-2001)
User Interface Designer and Design Continuity Director for e-commerce design engagements. Responsibilities included project planning, business process analysis, requirement gathering, use case development, information architecture, and prototype design. Also served as the creative lead for business-to-business e-commerce application template, which received the IBM award for “The creation and reuse of valuable intellectual capital for IBM Global Services North America and Europe” in 2000.
